Age of Wulin allows you to summon offline friends for combat assistance

Do you have a good buddy you wish could play with you all the time, even when she’s sleeping, eating, or at work? In Age of Wulin, now you can with the game’s new partner system. Through this, players can summon a friend’s character for assistance in combat as long as the player’s charisma holds up.

The partner system is but one of the additions that came in yesterday’s Blood & Flowers content update. The patch introduced the Lingxiao City battleground, which is far more than a simple PvP brawl. Instead, players will have to undertake several creative missions to take over the stronghold.

Blood & Flowers also allows male characters to compete to become the Flower Prince and opened up a time-gated zone called the Island of Delight. The official site has the rundown of all of the patch notes for your perusal.
