Albion’s summer alpha is underway for founders

Albion’s summer alpha is officially a thing, if you’re a legendary founder, that is. Sandbox Interactive updated its website with a post that highlights the new stuff, including hellgate dungeons and 5-on-5 PvP battles, new missions and factions, new resources, and three new landscapes (the Grasslands, the Redwoods, and the Deadlands).

If you haven’t purchased a founder’s pack yet, SI says that you can still do so and that you’ll be able to start playing immediately after your purchase.

Vellik the $30 is just for cb too, not alpha, so youd have to wait a good while to get ingame

Hope its buy to play but I bet its another mmo that starts with a 15 dollar sub and has to change to free to play within a year ( or two at most ) .

Been following this game for awhile now.  Still haven’t purchased a founders pack and still continue to consider it but enjoying watching the live streams while I can.  Unfortunately the Founders Pack prices seem to be just terrible price points in my opinion.  The game isn’t extremely popular so the pricing seems a bit high to me but eh, if I get that annoyed, maybe I will buy one but looking forward to it releasing.

Loving the changes and the Android client is way better than the last test. Not something I’d PVP on but perfect for gathering mats in friendly zones and crafting.

I’d like to play, but at $30 USD, even their lowest pack is a little prohibitive for something I’ve not heard much about. If it was closer to $15 I would probably consider it.
At this point however, I’ll just have to be content with waiting, although if all of the economy aspects and crafting live up to what they promise, then I’ll be anxiously awaiting a time when I’ll be able to play.
