Blizzard. Lawsuit. The World of Warcraft studio seems to be constantly dealing with some legal action or another. But now it may have gotten itself into a Russian nesting doll of litigation.
Blizzard is still tackling Snail Games over the latter’s Taichi Panda mobile game, saying that Snail’s title infringes on WoW’s Pandaran characters. Snail’s response? To turn around and sue Chinese developer Skymoons for its The Journey Of Flower, saying that the latter cloned Taichi Panda. There is no word yet as to who Skymoons will sue in response.
The really strange thing? This is not the first time this sort of lawsuit chain has happened with Blizzard at the head.
