Star Trek Online invites the players to help hunt down bugs

Bugs. They plague every online game, no matter how hard the designers try to hunt them down. So Star Trek Online is seeking an obvious ally in the face of bugs by employing players to help hunt down these bugs as part of the new Operational Support Team. This team will be a select group of players working with the developers to submit and resolve bugs in the game.

Needless to say, this is a volunteer position, not a paid one; it’s just away for dedicated STO players to help make the game better for everyone. By locating and trying to reliably reproduce bugs, you can be unpaired QA for your favorite game as well! That will result in a more stable game overall in the end, so if you have the time and the will, it may be worth it to volunteer.
