A big lore shake-up occurred in the EVE Online universe when Empress Jamyl Sarum was killed while traveling. That has an impact on one of the game’s major factions, but it also has an impact on the people on the ground in DUST 514. A new 10-day event is being held to show solidarity with the Amarr by shooting a lot of people, with the possibility of earning special rewards along the way.
The event runs from the 15th through the 25th of September and offers three daily missions with notable skill point and ISK rewards, along with a special AUR bonus for players who complete five daily missions. Players who win 30 battles during the period will also receive a special SKIN module. So while the fleets maneuver in deep space, you can still touch upon the action with your boots on the ground.
