WRUP: War rig edition

Witness.

After a fairly predictable living arrangement for my wife and I for the past decade, someone is moving in with us now! Which is a weird feeling. So this weekend I fly down, load up a whole bunch of stuff into a U-Haul, and then I drive all the way up the coast of the country to bring our roommate home. In order to make this more of a palatable experience, we have already begun calling the moving van the war rig.

No word yet on whether or not we are allowed to weld other car bodies to it and tear across the wastes in the truck, but I’m guessing not.

As a result of this, my entry for this week’s What Are You Playing is just a wee bit lacking. Circumstances enforce this state of affairs. But the rest of the Massively Overpowered crew and our patrons are still doing stuff, and perhaps you could share your weekend plans with us down below? That’d be shiny and chrome.

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): Almost definitely Ultima Online. What can I say… I fell in again. I’ll probably duck into Trove this weekend as well.

Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): Mostly down to whatever I happen to have on my 3DS, honestly, for reasons explained above. I might wind up bringing one or two other things with me, but quite frankly I’m not counting on it.

Jef Reahard (@jefreahard): Final Fantasy XIV and Final Fantasy VII (thanks Steam!).

Justin Olivetti (@Sypster, blog): Right now I’m in a dual race to level up both my Smuggler in Star Wars: The Old Republic and my Medic in WildStar before the major updates land in the coming month.

MJ Guthrie (@MJ_Guthrie, blog): Any gaming time I get will be spent in ARK: Survival Evolved. I will probably also pop into ArcheAge just to check on my farms and see how the evolution is going.

thatchefdude: Continuing my exploits in Soviet-controlled Afghanistan with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain while fitting in some routine leveling in FFXIV; I may focus on my somewhat neglected crafters this weekend, and I’ll finally start running dungeon content as a healer for the first time while putting my Warrior into the stables for now.

Your turn!
