[AL:HEX]Good news, virtual card game fans! That long-running lawsuit between Hex Entertainment, Cryptozooic, and Wizards of the Coast is finally out of the way. If you’d forgotten all about the lawsuit, it was all about the fact that Wizards felt HEX: Shards of Fate bore some… resemblance to WotC’s long-running card game Magic: the Gathering. Which side you were rooting for depended a great deal on which game you liked to play.

But there’s no need to worry about it any longer because the parties involved have reached a settlement with undisclosed terms. Peace has been made, and players can continue slinging cardboard both real and virtual with impunity. Good news all around.
