The eighth expansion for Neverwinter — Underdark — will release on November 17th for PC users. Xbox One players will see it sometime in early 2016. As you might guess from the name, you’ll be venturing into the Underdark and you may even choose to fight a two-headed demon lord called a Demogorgon alongside nine other players and Forgotten Realms stalwart Drizzt Do’Urden.
Drizzt’s creator, author R.A. Salvatore, penned one of the expansion’s quest lines, and Underdark also includes the ability to visually preview new gear as well as a new stronghold plot location and PvP tower. Click past the cut for an interview video with Salvatore and Neverwinter devs.
