If you’ve already put your money down for the $599 Oculus Rift, you might be curious about when you can actually get some games to play upon it. EVE: Valkyrie is the headlining title for the headset, and the good news is that it’s going to be entering the alpha test phase for players on January 18th. Said test will naturally require the Oculus Rift DK2 headset.
Those of you who are pre-ordering the Rift will have a copy of Valkyrie included. The developers have stated that new players will be invited to the game’s alpha test in waves before the test actually begins. You can check out a handful of alpha test shots down below, if you’re curious.
