WildStar’s Steam page has been updated with an apparent launch date: June 1st.
The Steam page itself went live sans promises back in April, but concerns over lingering rounds of layoffs, the cancellation of the Chinese launch, and poor financial performance in the preceding quarter had sparked worries for the future of the game.
Earlier this month, Carbine announced new class/race combos and a new “Protobucks” currency ahead of the Steam integration.
We have reached out to Carbine for confirmation on the date.

Massively OP reader Greaterdivinity points out that the Steam page has removed references to the June 1st, 2016, Steam launch date as of this afternoon.
