Space cats dig their claws into Warframe’s latest update

Take a moment to reacquaint yourself with the Thundercats theme song. Now you’re properly ready to receive the news that today’s Warframe update is full of cats… space cats. Glorious, furious, brightly colored space cats.

Oh sure, Warframe’s Specters of the Rail update is more than just cats, as it overhauls the game’s space mode, adds new weapons, and renovates the star charts. But who are we kidding? It’s all about the cats, which are called Kavats, can be outfitted with armor, and can serve as combat companions.
