Turn-based tactics game Duelyst arrives on Steam

If turn-based gameplay, card collecting, and board game tactics are your jam, then Duelyst is prepared to court your favor.

The title is now available on Steam as a free-to-play game that pits two players in a head-to-head match that uses cards to summon up units to fight. Duelyst promises “lightning-fast matches” that should clock in at under 10 minutes, perfect for a quick break here and there.

Duelyst is quite sizable, with six factions and over 400 cards so far, and there’s more on the way. The game’s first expansion set, The Denizens of Shim’Zar, is arriving on August 31st. This set will add more than 90 additional cards and can be pre-ordered right now.
