Path of Exile goes once more into the Breach

Hold on to your breeches, people, it’s time to dive into another Path of Exile challenge league. With the advent of this week’s Patch 2.5.0, the Breach challenge league is now available, offering players a chance to roll a fresh character and go through a new experience.

The twist in with this mode is the occasional Breach on the landscape: portals that take players into an alternate dimension to battle horrific creatures and mighty Breachlords. It might be a breach to do it, but the rewards are apparently worth the struggle.

Patch 2.5.0 makes a lot of other changes to the game, such as adding 55 new items, improving melee action targeting, and moved the contents of the Essence league into the main game itself.
