I’ve got a soft spot for several of ArenaNet’s goofy characters over the years (I am Team Margrid forever!), but this year I’ve really surprised myself by getting wrapped up the story of Guild Wars 2’s Vikki and Momo. It’s been a dark period for my interest in video game story lore for sure, but they have my attention and my nomination.
