The Stream Team: Carving out a life in Conan Exiles

That won’t deter her: She has her waterfall retreat to finish as well as building something closer to the guild encampment. How far can MJ get in those plans? Join us live at 8:00 p.m. to see who feeds better today, MJ or the wildlife.

I think they fixed the issue with upgrading building parts a couple patches ago? Or at least think I remember seeing something along those lines in some patch notes. Not sure if I have tested it yet though, so don’t trust me on this. But you could try with something small that you’re not afraid to lose?

Oh, and since you talked (or teased?) about servers in this stream, I’ll just sign up here to say that I would join a MOP CE server without hesitation :)

Sorry for double-posting, edit time expired. I ran a simple test of the building upgrade issue; two sandstone walls on top of each other, and upgraded the lower one to stone brick. The sandstone wall on top survived :)
There might be cases where it doesn’t work like this. I didn’t try with roofs or taller structures than two wall segments and so on.

would like to see how Waterfalls look in this game. They’re one of my favorite things about ARK.

There are several of varying height and width in the game. The water doesn’t look all that great (IMO) in general in the game, which extends to the visual appeal of the waterfalls as well. They’re not ugly, just not that impressive.
