No, you won’t make it that far. The “pay to progress” people are talking about is waaaaay far into the game. And in reality, you can grind out lower missions a long time rather than pay to progress. Plus most of the game can and should be played multiplayer which very highly changes the difficulty.

The base difficulty on these higher missions that people were complaining about has already been adjusted. You’re talking about posts people made weeks ago before a few updates, one semi major. The game is in constant development and change right now, a lot of complaints are being worked on as change in game.

The free to play nature of the game (which it will be at it’s actual release) won’t change however. I wouldn’t mind if they tweaked their lock box rolls to be a little better, but in reality we’re getting a lot of rolls for the money so it looks bad in the number of rolls we’re doing without getting great stuff but the amount of money we’re paying for those rolls isn’t really that much (It’s basically $1 a box with 5-10 items, cheaper if you buy more than $10 of currency at once).
