DC Universe Online brings back the Witching Hour once again for Halloween

It’s the most wonderful month of the year, especially if you like the ghoulish or the macabre, and DC Universe Online is already planning for this year’s Halloween celebration. The Witching Hour has returned to the game, inviting players to take a trip to Gotham City (of course it’s Gotham) to investigate the spooky chaos breaking out at the Midnight Masquerade Nightclub.

What do you win for participation? Aside from the lifelong satisfaction of taking part in more fun Halloween stuff, you also get appropriately themed styles, base items, and even some feats along the way. Players can also grab a bag of Stolen Marked Bills if they log in before October 13th, with Marked Bills serving as the currency for the most recent major patch to the game. But who stole those bills? That’s a spooky mystery you may never get to the bottom of.
