Enter to win a Star Trek Online T6 Tzenkethi Shuk-din Escort or Accelerated Officer Training Pack from PWE and MOP

In honor of the launch of Star Trek Online Season 14: Emergence on PC last week, PWE has granted Massively OP a bunch of goodies to raffle to our PC readers (console folks, you can sit this one out)!

A hundred winners will be taking home a code for the Accelerated Officer Training Pack, which contains a Retrofitted 23rd Century Constitution-class Cruiser (T1), one Large Experience Booster, and free gear requisitions from Level 10 through 50.

And five winners will also score a T6 Tzenkethi Shuk-din Escort:

“As expected with Tzenkethi design, the Shuk-din Escort [T6] is highly maneuverable with immense shielding capabilities for its size. It comes equipped with the latest in Tzenkethi shield technology, which allows the starship to massively increase defensive capabilities along all non-Forward shield facings. The forward array is tuned to offense, increasing the damage dealt by the ships’ weaponry against any foe within their forward-facing 90-degree arc.”

Read on to enter to win!

For this giveaway, we’ll be using Rafflecopter to count the entries for us. You can earn entries in the giveaway by completing different steps in Rafflecopter; the question field is mandatory, but following us on Twitter, tweeting about this giveaway, and leaving a comment are optional and result in more entries. Rafflecopter uses javascript, so you’ll need to enable it to see the entry widget below:

Five winners (the first five) selected at random from the total of entries submitted to Rafflecopter will be contacted via email by Massively Overpowered to receive one Star Trek Online T6 Tzenkethi Shuk-din Escort and one Accelerated Officer Training Pack, while 95 additional winners will receive one Star Trek Online Accelerated Officer Training Pack only. Entrants are subject to our official contest and giveaway rules and cheaters will be disqualified. Entries will be accepted until the giveaway’s end on Monday, October 16th, at 12:00 a.m. EDT (midnight Sunday night). We’ll draw the winners and send out keys and redemption instructions by the following Tuesday evening (EDT), so make sure you’ve submitted a working email address in Rafflecopter.

Good luck everyone!

Spock. Leonard Nimoy single-handedly gave televised science fiction dignity.

Too bad the same could not be said for the Fantasy realm… :P

I grew up with Riker, and I like Riker and the stupid way he sits down on chairs.

Is this even a question?

Kira.

Okay, fine, from the choices: Spock.

Spock all the way!

Spock, because…Spock. There are people to whom I wanted to give a “Vulcan Nerve Pinch”, and Riker has no idea how to do that.

I keep thinking I’ll try the game again if I win one of these contests. But, alas, there are luckier people than I :)

Riker. Spock is an iconic character, sure, but i grew up with TNG. TOS and the original movies were something i only got into after i already became a Star Trek fan, and by then Riker has already become one of my favourite characters.

Spock. He’s just in so very much of the Star Trek universe beyond his TV series. He’s had more of an impact on the entire Star Trek universe but also more of a nerd culture impact as well. No offense to Riker fans, Riker just hasn’t permeated the whole of Star Trek the way Spock has.

I’mma go with Will. He got to just be first officer and actually led away teams. Kirk did half of Spock’s first officer job.

Let’s see. Stored himself in an ornery country doctor, sacrificed his life for the good of the many, was reborn with a planet, had a whole movie named for him, devoted the rest of his life to bringing two warring races together, and finally managed to split off a whole different parallel universe vs…um…grew a beard? Not sure. :P

Riker or Spock, really? I would always say Spock but lately with his human sister running around mutating the Klingons and such I might have to pick Riker….

Let Spock compete with like, Data or something

Riker got more honey bunnies and he partied with Troi in her prime. Soooo, with much respect to Spock, I vote for Riker.

Spock — without Nimoy’s Spock, and the rest, there would be no Riker.

Oh man… Kirk vs. Picard is an easy one: Picard for sure. But first officers is harder… I think I’d have to go with Spock.

Odd, my question was about which ship was the best in STO…

But if you all are talking first officers, gonna have to go with Riker, a fellow trombone player!

There is another entry, asking about Spock or Riker. The ship question is only the first one.

Spock….

R.I.P. Leonard Nimoy

Reader
connor_jones

I mostly liked Riker even if he was a bit too smug at times. Loved his conflict with Commander Shelby in ‘Best of Both Worlds’. And yeah, he was a bit like Kirk, and his beard was cool. ;)

Nimoy knocked it out of the park with Spock. Apart from the amazing chemistry between Shatner, Nimoy, and Kelly, Spock was the original nerd/geek decades before such a thing would become cool and hipster trendy.
