BlizzCon 2017 is almost here, and the lineup is set

Guess what, folks: It’s almost that time again. BlizzCon 2017 is almost here, featuring all the stuff Blizzard has to discuss about World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm, and… Dabble III and Stay-caff Z? It’s hard to read those last two, the writing is smudged. Anyway, the important thing is that the event is coming, and there’s stuff to expect, starting with the big opening keynote on November 3rd at 11:00 a.m. PDT.

Of course, the list of what to expect does not specifically say that the keynote will announce expansions and the like, but we are all expecting it. There’s also a concert by Muse, various attractions on the floor, and plenty of panels you can dive into with a virtual ticket. If you’re hoping for another Massively Overpowered liveblog of the events, though, you can just tune back in here and witness us filtering through news and offering appropriate commentary.

Really curious what the next expansion will be. I hope its like MoP. Meaning not continuation of old lore, but opening new chapters. And like many I want to see pirates themed expansion

Hint: Illidan will make things worse…again. (Seriously, who invited him?)

First time I’ve been interested in Blizzcon so I’m excited…and I’m sure I’ll still be that way when I read all about it on Sunday morning.

I really wish i was there, but the tickets sold so damned fast. I only managed the first blizzcon, and the one in 2015 but only cuz i got lucky the servers were crapping out and i snuck in between the crashes. Ironically for me the fact that the new ticket service is more stable, its harder to a actually get a ticket. I still wish ill will to all the damned scalpers that buy extra tickets somehow every year.
