LawBreakers is actually getting a holiday sale and event

LawBreakers just isn’t giving up. In spite of an apparently slumped player population and the exit of one of its founders, the shooter is rolling out a holiday event – evidence of “continued support,” as Nexon puts it.

“Just in time for the holidays, Nexon America revealed that its continued support of the fast-paced, gravity-defying first-person shooter, LawBreakers, includes a festive holiday event through the month of December and into the new year. Players can celebrate the holidays and ring in the new year during the LawBreakers Sleigh the Holidays event which offers fans a limited time discount on the game, double experience (XP) points, and an update to the competitive ranked mode, Boss Leagues.”

The game will be on sale from today into early January on both Steam and the North American region for PS4.

Sadly, this is a fun game, but i won’t buy it due to the low population, which makes it hard to get popular since nobody will buy it to increase the population, making it worth buying.

Seems like a game made purely to turn a profit rather than out of passion.

I’m honestly amazed its still going at this point.

Cliff Bleszinsky doesn’t know when to let it die. I think Nexon of America had an intern send him a memo that the game is canceled. No one is sure what happened to that intern but there is blood all over inside Bleszinsky’s office and everyone is afraid to ask and Nexon’s executives are deeply afraid of him.

What, no “The 10 people left playing will really enjoy that!” comment?

Still shocked they haven’t gone f2p yet to try to get some type of population to the game.

Maybe they are trying to squeeze a few bucks out of it before they drop than news for early 2018. I imagine they will – they have nothing to lose.

At this point it literally is just a few bucks. There isn’t even 20 concurrent players from what I heard.

They should have gone F2P some time ago when the population dwindled. But then again this is the same game that decided an arena shooter needs some sort of narrative about cops versus robbers and the moon exploded that somehow messed up gravity (cause as we all know that’s how gravity works). Just saying the people behind the game (*coughbleszinskycough*) aren’t very smart.
