Ultimate pens.

Are you ready to go head-to-three-heads with Cerberus, guard dog of the Underworld? Because that’s what you’ll be doing when you pop into the newest DLC pack for DC Universe Online, Amazon’s Fury part II. You’ll also wind up facing off against Ares and Hades and picking up new Amazon-themed equipment to make yourself look the part, assuming that you don’t find beating the snot out of a dog with three heads to be its own reward.

In terms of content, the new DLC includes new solo content with two instances, two new four-person bits of content, and three new eight-person raids including an Elite version of one raid. You can also pick up new base items and select Hades’ Palace as a character selection background. Check out the official launch trailer just past the cut, and then get in there as furiously as possible. It’s not called Amazon’s Mild Irritation, after all.

I haven’t played dcuo since war of the light part 1. It’s a good game as a fan of DC comics, but the grind and limitation on non subscribers made me quit. I would still like to eventually play the newer dlc, just to catch up on the story.

There is some good stuff in this DLC and I am glad that they are give everyone some sort of option with regard to new stuff regardless of how you like to play DCUO, which has not always been the case with the dlc they have released.

The one shining cloud in the Daybreak arsenal… DCUO.

I absolutely loved DCUO when I played it. My character, Dr. Impossible, when through so many costume transformation (each with it’s own RP reason.) and were a part of so many adventures. I still get nostalgic about it. I wish I had time to play it still.
