WRUP: How to fry and eat your motorcycle edition

103
I ride this on the stage.

There comes a time in every woman’s life, as well as the lives of most men and the occasional CGI humanoid monster, when you need to eat some fried motorcycle. First, get your fryer ready; you’ll need to make sure it’s big enough to fry the whole motorcycle, not just part of it. Otherwise the frying process won’t really seal in the flavor. Also, make sure to fry it in either motor oil or peanut oil. Do not use canola oil; the police will arrest you and send you to Motorcycle Cooking Jail.

Anyhow, that more or less wraps up the discussion of frying and eating your motorcycle, but we do still have What Are You Playing going on down here. You can find out what we’re playing just past the break, and you can let us know what you’ll be up to in the comments. Have a good weekend, and as always, remember: Never fry a motorcycle you aren’t serious about marrying.

Brendan Drain (@nyphur): I’ll be grinding some achievement points in Guild Wars 2 this weekend and trying to unwravel the latest twist to the Sleeper story in EVE Online. Drifter battleships in EVE have started collecting human corpses and chopping up the Jove observatories hidden throughout known space, carrying both Jovian alloys and our dead bodies back to their home space to help them build an army. The Jove materials can be looted from Drifter wrecks if you manage to kill one and might be required to build the upcoming Entosis module.

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): I hope to play Guild Wars 2 this weekend. I’d like to get in and check out all the bugs changes in person.

Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): Catching back up in Final Fantasy XIV whilst I explore more of the Skyforge beta, chiefly. I’m enjoying both. I also have to finish unpacking and reassembling my house because I am a maniac and decided to move for some reason.

Jef Reahard (@jefreahard): Traveling, but maybe I’ll play some Infinite Crisis or ArcheAge in the airport or whatever.

Justin Olivetti (@Sypster, blog): The double AP event going on right now in The Secret World is too good to pass up, so I have ambitious plans to finish up Savage Coast with my lowbie and get her started on Blue Mountain. Sometimes going back through a game with an alt when you’re experienced is so much more fun because you don’t make the same mistakes you did the first time through.

MJ Guthrie (@MJ_Guthrie, blog): I’ve just met up with another friend in H1Z1, so the three of us are going to see about starting fort construction soon. That means stocking up on resources! I’ve also been going through EverQuest II from the beginning with the MassivelyOP Minions, and we’ve got more dungeons to do before we out-level them! This weekend we need to get through Fallen Gate and Stormhold. I am also unwilling to pass up all the double AP in The Secret World, which means I will be fighting golden golem after golden golem.

Tina Lauro (@purpletinabeans): I’ll be sinking my teeth into mechanics, statistics, and pure mathematics revision this weekend. Riveting stuff, I know! Hopefully I will fit in some time on Guild Wars 2 too.

Your turn!

BloodEagle seannewboy I would think that the Vision would be a closer match to a GW, although i do understand the feeling on the cowling. I’m gonna be nice and not declare bloodfeud over the oil piddler (harley) comment.

seannewboy BloodEagle I have been riding Goldwings for the last 25 years. We went and test drove a Victory Cross Country tour, and I will admit it was an amazing bike, but I was not used to the fairing being connected to the forks, and it just looked TOO much like a Harley, so we sold our last Goldwing and opted to get yet another.  :)

After getting into TSW for a little while, I returned to my Dragon Age: Inquisition playthrough. 1/2-2/3 through the content now (up to 3/4 through main story). A few more zones and a couple more story quests and I’m finally done and ready to buy DLC in bulk later this year :). May make an alt or two if I feel like it, but I can’t help but feel I need to play DAO-DA2 for that, to ‘fully experience’ my world save for Dragon Age Keep. -_-
