The Gunner is not playable by all of TERA’s races and genders. You’ll need to be a female Castanic or female High Elf to roll the new class. You can watch a preview trailer just past the break.

Almost reinstalled TERA till I saw another gender locked class -_-
This class is so overpowered. They really have thrown balance out the window with this one. Also my dreams of a Popori gunner have been shattered.

Looks lifted from the Eldar in Warhammer 40K, anyone else?
A Steam, relaunch!
I play male characters.
Cartap Money isnt the thing, time is. This was discussed when the Reaper was released, it would take months to do all classes, Also, these updates are free, not paid for expansions.
I for one don’t mind the fact that they’ve moved over to race/class combos. If it means less bugs, I’m all for it.
If you’ve ever played Tera, think slayer, every race AND gender has different hit box issues with certain skills. Reason why I dropped my Slayer, even if they are crit gods now.

I tried to play Reaper when it came out because I really liked the idea of the class, but then I realized I just don’t care for playing as an Elin. Â Nothing against them and I don’t knock those who do, but Elin is just not my cup of tea.Â
At any rate – yup – here’s to hoping the next class added will let you play as any race, any gender, just like the original classes. Â I wouldn’t even mind if they patched in later, the capability to play Reaper and Gunner as any race/gender instead of just a select few. Â It’d be an easy way to sell some race change tickets.
dirtyklingon Dystopiq jgauthier45 SaloMaya I had the opposite reaction — where do you live in the US where you do not party on or at least know about Cinco de Mayo? Hehe. Admittedly, I lived in NM and then Cali for many years, so maybe that’s changed my perception.
Bit of a rude question though.
