Dark Age of Camelot fans might want to adjust their plans for the upcoming holiday weekend in the US, as Broadsword is turning on the bonus faucet for Memorial Day. From May 22nd through the 29th, players will experience boosts to crafting, XP, realm points, and bounty points.

Word of this event comes from the most recent newsletter. In it, the team announced that Patch 1.118 will begin testing within the next couple of weeks. This patch will start up a new campaign, revamp some of the classic world dungeons, fix pathing in New Frontiers, and make adjustments to the casual group finder.

Past May, DAoC is planning a brand-new festival called the Midsummer’s Inaugural Event. “A new event will of course mean new rewards,” said the team, “but these won’t be earned by just completing a PvE quest; you’ll have to get your hands dirty in RvR!”
