How to redeem your code: Keys are redeemable on the official website of the KingsIsle version of Wizard101 (they won’t work for the Gameforge or Taomee hosted versions). Create an account on the official site, enter your account info and log in, then enter your unique code and press “submit,” and finally press “activate code.” You’ll be able to access your items from the in-game gift window. Crowns will appear in your Crowns History on the official site. Each code can be redeemed once, and a max of three codes can be redeemed per account. The codes expire on January 1st, 2017. If you experience issues, you can email the community team; include your code and Wizard101 account name.
