Heroes & Generals’ Vasilevsky patch tweaks melee and adds assault team morale

Reto-Moto has updated its Heroes & Generals FPS with the Vasilevsky update. The patch includes improved melee mechanics, optimized visual effects, weapon tweaks, and “deeper gameplay for generals with a new morale system for assault teams, new combat badges and ribbons, and much more,” according to a new press release.

The dev team has also released a seven-minute summary video for the patch. You can view it after the break.

solipsis No it’s a “lobby” match maker. Depending on the map it’s 15ish per side ( I forget the exact number )

Is it good…well it’s worth trying and it’s free so it’s not like it’s a big risk.

this game would be awesome if it was an MMO and not a lobby shooter.

Glad they finally worked on the tank hits. You could never tell if you where getting shot or not while inside unless you were watching your health bar. as much as I loved the idea of the game I found some of the mechanics ( like dropping a mine and shooting it to kill a tank ) so frustrating it made me quit.
Some of these changes are making me want to go back and try it again. I did really enjoy parts of the game.

Nice I like the ricochets when hitting armor on a steep angle and the changes to melee are welcome (The mechanic badge is cool, adds another layer of gameplay.)
Ive just gotten used to not running over mechs while there taking cover & fixing my tank.
