Dota 2 Reborn revamps the game from the ground up

Dota 2 is stockpiling its arsenal against the competition with the advent of a massive overhaul called Dota 2 Reborn.

Dota 2 Reborn won’t be changing the basics of how the game operates, but it will slap in a new engine and revamp several of its features and user interface elements. Some of the changes coming include a new dashboard, better matchmaking, ways to track friends’ progress, a fresh chat interface, a better hero browser, an improved tutorial, and improved ways to watch Dota 2 with Steam Broadcasting.

The revamp is currently in beta testing; the website teases even more reveals for the new Dota 2 such as custom games.
