Skyforge scoots in one last pre-open beta stress test

If July 16th is just too dang long to wait for more Skyforge, then at least you now have a little something to tide you over until the open beta goes live. Allods Team announced today that it will be hosting a 24-hour stress test on July 7th from 9:00 a.m. EDT until the same time on the 8th.

The team said that any and all interested are encouraged to come jump up and down on the server: “Pushing our server’s capabilities to the max is a crucial step to help guarantee Skyforge has a successful OBT launch, so we encourage everyone to spread the word and invite all of their friends to come participate!”

I had some fun with the closed beta, but at this point will wait for open beta to keep things as fresh as possible.  Plus, it’s not like I don’t have plenty of other stuff to play in the meantime!

neserbohy > the game progressively less fun the more you level up
As an owner of 70k toon I can confirm this rule up to the very end-game content. As result I’ve tried it briefly and skipping everything but the last open world zone (Diafran archipelago). And this is why 5 days later I’ll leave the toon behind and start over on EU/US without any regrets: I’ll do exactly the same stuff (3man runs + open world zones) but with the knowledge of old exploits and imbalances 8-) (international OBT is 3 months behind Russian version)
p.s. Actually I’ll play international version because it’ll have more players. I want to see overcrowded open world zones rather than killing those 1.5M hp mobs solo.

I decided to shorten the wait by playing the Russian version. Sadly, there still seems to be the same problem I’ve already noticed in CBT4: eventually, enemies become insane damage sponges. It really shouldn’t take full minute to kill an ordinary enemy in a concent marked as “normal difficulty”. I sure hope it’s a bug, not a feature, because it makes the game progressively less fun the more you level up.
