Skyforge weathers early access issues

Can’t have an MMO launch — even an early access to the soft launch — without a few nasty surprises for both the studios and players, can we? Skyforge is currently hitting a few rough bumps in its head start week, including a bug that ended up giving players fewer credits in exchange for Argent currency.

While that issue has been resolved and affected players compensated, a more serious issue appears to be going ignored by the dev team. Players are reporting that they simply cannot log into the game, with the issue focused on ISPs in Europe. The team said that servers are operating normally and for players to check with their ISP provider.

The CM team closed the issue thread with this advice: “Just to note, just because you are not using the particular ISPs that we have seen evidence are having issues (BT and SFR) does not mean you will not be affected. Your ISP may use the same backbone as the ones we have identified. Unfortunately, we have no control over these ISPs or the backbone they use to route to the servers. You will need to contact your ISP and have them look into it since we cannot control that and they will only work with their customers.”
