There are wolves out here.

Attention, hopeful Tree of Savior fans who have been scanning the horizon, desperately pining for a boat to arrive bearing word about the game’s future as an English release: You should stop doing that. For one thing, it creeps out the dock master. For another, you’re more likely to get news from some sort of internet news site, like this one telling you that the game’s English beta is starting up on August 4th through Steam.

Players who logged into the game’s official English site between June 25th and June 30th will be eligible for random selection to join the pool of 5,000 testers. The test will run for a week and will obviously be focused on functionality and playability, with Korean players testing the game’s systems at the same time. It’s good news for players who have been waiting for a while.
