Cabal II brings in battle arenas, ranking system on Thursday

4

Gladiator combat is the focus of Cabal II’s upcoming Trial of Champions patch, which is slated to go live on September 10th.

Thursday’s patch will add in two new arenas: a monster arena for PvE players and a PvP battle arena. The monster arena will pit players against waves of mobs to see how long they can go without falling.

To up the ante of these activities, Cabal II is also including a ranking system that will track progress in both arenas and the PvP battlegrounds. Players who do exceptionally well in these areas will be rewarded at the end of each season.

I’ve never played Cabal 2, but I still think it’s so cool how they went and REVERSED the gender lock in the game.
As someone who plays Tera and is becoming increasingly more frustrated with its new policy of gender lock, Cabal 2’s stance makes me nod my head approvingly.

I’ve never seen or played the game, but is the Arena PvP any good? I love good arena style PvP with 2v2, 3v3 etc.
I probably wouldn’t play it anyway cause I’m hoping to get into Season 2 3v3 in Wildstar but I might watch a vid or 2 on YT.
