I’m very excited about this expansion.  I can’t wait!

plynky12 I know what you mean. There have been games I’ve abandoned whose storylines I really wanted to see, but when I tried to watch them on YouTube they’d (of course) have someone else’s character in them – so I just couldn’t get into them. Just a little bugbear but at least now I know I’m not alone in having it. :)

No, no I don’t. So I guess it isn’t.

I can wait a month to see them on my own computer, with my character instead of somebody else’s. :)

The draconian monetization of the game payed for this. The best vanity items in the game are earned via the cash shop in randomized boxes. Subscribers who also buy cash shop currency are the whales. The F2P’ers? Not so much.

Tempted to get back into this game, but with FFXIV, GW2, and potentially Wildstar, my plate is feeling kindof full.

Our character models are horrible next to the new ones. It’s very off putting and really takes you out of it. I am sorry but that is just pure laziness and the player models need a revamp.

F2P payed for this. Hopefully Wildstar does well also.

The quantum leap from the terrible OG cutscenes to these is clear.  The animations, the cinematic framing, the pacing are all leaps ahead of anything in the base game.  The cinematic design team has clearly improved, a lot.
