Teamwork!

If you’re a Glitch fan and you missed out on buying The Art of Glitch through its Indiegogo campaign back in 2013, you now have a second chance to snag a copy of this 160-page, full-color book in digital form.

“This entirely unique game demanded over 10,000 assets including hundreds of pages of concepts, millions of pixels of game art, and thousands of frames of custom animations from some of the most creative and talented artists from the industry,” the makers wrote. “This book seeks not to catalog the game in its entirety, but to merely pay tribute to the uniqueness of Glitch.”

The Art of Glitch is $15 and is downloadable as a PDF. The makers say that they are looking into creating a softcover physical edition in the future.

The book is really well done. It was interesting to see how the concept art work evolved into the world we knew. Tears welled up more than once as I flipped through the pages. I hope they are able to make a softcover. It will be well worth it for any Glitch fan.

I have the hard cover book, and its awesome.  Took a while to get it (I think about 2 years) but was totally worth the wait (I think).

Being late to the Indiegogo campaign, I’m glad they finally made the PDF available for everyone. Would rather have the hardcover book, but it’s better than nothing.

SOLD if they do.
I know my daughter would love one. I bought the Final Fantasy art book for her and she hasn’t done anything but become inspired.

I really miss this game. It was my main mmo while it ran for its duration. How many other games let you collect bat guano or feed metal rods to a sloth?
