Tree of Life changes towers, locks, and more in its latest patch

Fantasy sandbox Tree of Life got a patch this week, which included a number of building system changes designed to make it easier to manage player towns. Previously player towers had to be locked to protect them from player thieves, but said thieves could still pick the locks and disable your towers. The development team decided to do away with that mechanic, so now there are no locks and only the tower owner and guild members are able to use towers, according to the patch notes on Steam. Thieves may still destroy your towers, but no items will be dropped.

Other changes include the durability of locks, the ability to get carpenter XP from making all types of buildings, and a slight increase to fishing success rates depending on the quality of your fishing supplies and your mastery.
