Star Wars: The Old Republic is having a double experience weekend after Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Let’s not mince words: We all know that a new film set in a galaxy far, far away is coming out in the very near future, and people are going to either adore it or despise it once they’ve gone to see it. It’s the sort of thing that Star Wars: The Old Republic sort of has to respond to, what with the setting and franchise and all of that. So, enjoy a double experience weekend!

Also people shouting spoilers left and right, because of course that is going to happen.

That’s not the only event running this weekend, of course; there’s also the ongoing Life Day celebration and the Rakghoul plague on Tatooine, neither of which have anything to do with the story of the film. (Presumably.) So you needn’t watch the film and then find yourself sitting around wishing that there was some sort of electronic diversion to play. You can go level! There will indeed be stars and wars therein.
