Bless Online launches a new website with a countdown to the announcement of open beta

The new website for Bless Online is not hosting the final countdown. It’s hosting a countdown to a countdown. The game has a new website, you see, and it promises that a big meeting will take place about the game on January 15th, which will also include an announcement of the game’s open beta date. The open beta doesn’t actually start on January 15th, though. Presumably.

It’s all a bit confusing, even among those players who speak Korean. There’s also a new cinematic cutscene trailer just below which you can watch regardless of what is actually taking place on January 15th, so that’s reassuring. Check out the trailer, and keep your eyes peeled for more news on the fabled date.

So pretty and a BEARABLE ASIAN STYLE! :D Even more than FFXIV. Very happy. These cutscenes even look good! (at least for a single player game from last gen – and that’s all I need for my MMOs)

Not a bad trailer. Seems they’ve got some professionals on board for the cutscenes. Might be good for a romp (like B&S’s story).
I just wanted to comment on the “Embers in the Storm” subtitle they added. I actually like it. It’s not hilariously bad Engrish like you see with a lot of these things, and it seems appropriate to the game itself.

Yes!  So excited for more gameplay videos.

Look for a game called “Asker.”
Asker is the “other” Korean fantasy / action mmo (as opposed to BD’s kind of western slant) abd I constantly get it mixed up with bless because they both have the same sort of “Dramatic” trailers.

Xijit If that’s the case it wont be on my 2016 mmo dance card. Looking forward playing a little B&S at least until BDO launches. Still nice cinematic’s anyway.

For some reason the trailer was ‘There is the Asura from Guildwars, there is Hawke from Dragon Age? What is this mad crossover?!!!’

They started fiddling with more “actionish” combat controls because it originally had point and click, then they said they were going back to the drawing board right after that.
I saw some gameplay videos and it was like watching AION’s static combat with modern gfx and while it looks pretty, it also looked generic as all hell … My guess is that it will have a GW2 style combat system when it relaunches.

Yeah, they were supposed to.
I guess that their idea of remaking bad elements (and getting at least one person to play, when you looked at the state of the alpha server)  is just asking for 5 rats instead of 10, Wildstar-like.

Not super hopeful.

I thought this game was going back to the drawing board or what game was that?
