Star Trek Online details the benefits of the anniversary Krenim Science Vessel

The sixth anniversary of Star Trek Online is nearly upon players, complete with all of the requisite celebration events. That means plenty of little bits and pieces to celebrate the game’s continued operation, but let’s be honest, your main concern is probably the fact that you can get a new ship out of the event. The Krenim Science Vessel is a new Tier 6 starship, complete with a new starship trait and a new universal console which can both be equipped on any other ship.

The console, a Timeline Stabilizer, passively improves the recharge on Science bridge officer abilities. It also can be used to slow the recharge, turn rate, and flight speed of nearby enemy ships while improving the recharge, turn rate, and flight speed of your own. Mastering the ship unlocks the Improved Feedback Pulse trait, granting a stacking buff to your ship when enemies attack you while Feedback Pulse is active. They’re both solidly useful on a variety of different ships, enough incentive for captains of all types to get their hands on the ship from the anniversary event.
