Revival discusses the size and the history of estates

A huge portion of Revival‘s funding and development centers around the real estate market, so it’s not shock that the game’s estates are kind of a big deal. A new development diary on the official site explains the massive buildings in more detail. Five estates are located in the game’s city of Crowns Rock, and they are big in every sense of the word – big in importance, big in size, and big in price.

Each of the estates in the game has history and a reputation for players who would take ownership of the building, giving additional character and history to the structures. Players can expect these buildings to go on sale soon, although the exact time and date will be announced in advance. If you’ve got a lot of spare money and want your character to have a properly enormous house, the estate is the way to go.

h4 I bought one of those 40 dollar tenement then added the 10 decoration kit plus 10 upgrade kit and my place still looks like crap..LOL. I’m hoping they allow you to trade up to something better later on.

h4 Yeah the Estates aren’t up for sale so we won’t know what they cost until that happens.  Manses, which are fairly large houses (like 4000 sq feet) went for around $400 and are all sold out.

woolydub Easily.  With the amount of money Shroud of the Avatar real estate goes for on the secondary market, the Revival mansions will most likely be sold at a premium price.  They are far more rare than anything in SotA too.

They should ask for essays along with the buy offers for these, at least for the ones on the gold servers. There are only five per server so I think they’re likely to get more than one offer per Estate.

woolydub I suspect you are close. I think these are intended for a committed guild, in which case 10 or 20 people could pitch in and it wouldn’t be that much per individual. Though pretty sure it becomes the property of one owner/account.
I wonder if the estates could come with hauntings or curses that follow the owner? The current owner… after a mysterious accident befell the previous one.

These will cost between $1000-$5000 in my opinion.

I was kind of curious how much these costed, but see no pricing info on the website for the estates. Just for the smaller houses which seem to be around $37 for a tenement and $83 for a cottage.
