Watch The Elder Scrolls Online’s Thieves Guild DLC launch trailer

Elder Scrolls Online’s Thieves Guild DLC finally lands on the PlayStation 4 today, so console players are fully caught up to PC gamers. There’s even a new trailer to mark the occasion! “Thieves Guild is included with an active ESO Plus membership or will be available for 2,000 crowns via the ESO Crown Store,” says Bethsoft.

Massively OP’s Larry Everett gave the PC edition of the DLC his thumbs-up, saying the fleshed-out mechanics made the game worth returning to.

Giggilybits  Not in the traditional sense.  There are races with similarities (and as Alexis noted there are Dwemer which are called dwarves… but are really a type of elf.)  None of them are really an exact fit though, and elves aren’t really the standard fantasy elves (although many still have that typical arrogance.)

Are their or has their ever been Dwarves, Gnomes or Halflings in the Elder scrolls universe? Just wondering.

Robert80 Wratts paragonlostinspace The reset aggro in ESO is ridiculous.  The mobs will chase you way past their leash range, just to hit you once (and interrupt your harvest or something) before they realize they’re out of bounds and head back

Wratts paragonlostinspace  Yeah, I just wish there was a solid system to unlock the mouse to look around, or hotkey setups for alternative view angles.  It’s very fluid, but getting the right view is tough sometimes!

Haha!  If only you could just run past some traps like that… if only!  It sure doesn’t work that way though!  *Themepark mechanics, the animation missed you by half a mile but you still got hit!*
I love the sneaky stuff involved, it is a cool addition.  I do think it is a solid DLC (I play PC) but I would have loved a little more stealth skullduggery than just the story quests and Heists.

paragonlostinspace I felt that way when I started, but tbh it feels so much more natural now that having to hold down the RMB to change your heading with the mouse.  Takes me a minute to readjust when I play something like TSW now
