The Elder Scrolls Online is adding two new mercantile assistants to the crown store

There's something vaguely unsettling about buying and selling people here.

A quest within the Thieves’ Guild DLC for The Elder Scrolls Online rewards you with a smuggler assistant who will come to your location and sell things for you so that you needn’t bother with a trip back to town. That’s convenient. But you do have to clear the quest first to gain access to that assistant, which is less convenient. Wouldn’t it be more convenient to drop a few bucks and just hire one directly? If you think so, meet your two new assistants!

Tythis Andromo the banker and Nuzhimeh the merchant are both being added to the crown store at a cost of 5000 crowns each. They also provide different functions; Tythis will help you deposit things into your bank, while Nuzhimeh sells and purchases items. You can call either of them to your side at anywhere other than Cyrodiil, so now you can functionally bring your bank and a merchant wherever you want to go. It’s all the convenience of an assistant and with none of that pesky “completing quests first” nonsense.
