Daybreak has just posted a new trailer for DC Universe Online’s Xbox One release. The company announced the Xbox One edition back in January; it’s intended to launch this spring. Cross-play between the PC, PlayStation3, and PlayStation 4 is already live.
The team is showing off how the game plays on the console at PAX this weekend.
Massively Overpowered is on the ground in Boston for PAX East 2016, bringing you expert MMO coverage from NCsoft, Daybreak, Square Enix, and everything else on display at the latest Penny Arcade Expo!

I’ll have to disagree with you… slightly. I thought Warhammer was ok for a couple of months. I didn’t make it through a week with DCU. Â It’s not the IP, it’s the gameplay.
That’s pretty cool, I might give it another shot.
Haven’t played since launch and PC version was terrible enough then to put me off forever.
Damonvile Armsbend SallyBowls1 that and now ontop of Pax West(formally Prime) and Pax East there’s Pax South, South seems to be taking away some of the developers that went to East in the past due to how close they fall to each other.
Armsbend SallyBowls1 They added a 4th day and the tickets sell out in 5 minutes for pax prime. There’s no lack of games or interest at pax. It’s just not things this site covers.
SallyBowls1 I’m sure PAX is on a downward trend as is the comic itself. Â Isn’t it like 20 years old or something? Â It’s been stale for at least half a decade.
Alexious 100% agree.  That and the developers don’t care about pc players at all.  That is why I stopped playing.  I’ll never be a second class citizen to a group of second class citizens.
grassisalwaysgreener Normally I’d agree but the amount of DC fails in video gaming is second to none outside of Warhammer or Magic the Gathering.
Did you see all those main Heroes? You’ll just be one of their glorified sidekicks. This MMO is better named DC Sidekicks Online.
It’s really sad they haven’t gone back and fixed the power system in this game. They didn’t need to copy CoH or anything but it’s truly a horrible “class” system for a super hero game.
They keep making the game better everywhere else but it’s just not worth playing if you don’t enjoy the characters.
Malorey i think the case is different when company release game that already know and have gameplay videos around the world.
loved the trailer but… this game is demo with dlcs or you playing as p2p.
the f2p model here is not the best because the inventory and other walls for f2p player even if you have all the dlcs.
