From its community event at this year’s PAX East, ZeniMax announced today that the recently teased Dark Brotherhood DLC lands on Elder Scrolls Online’s public test server on Monday; presumably, it’s launching for PC sooner rather than later.

The studio has answered a number of player questions; devs have promised new animal mount types, stamina changes, and equippable potions so far as of the time of this post. As as for craft bags…

I can’t wait. Now my assassin will have a guild to call his own. Thieves Guild was great, but this is the one I’m really looking forward to.

When playing Skyrim, I stumbled upon the Dark Brotherhood’s headquarters by accident.
Since I’d already had my fill of these self-appointed “badasses” in-game, I stealthed my way into their lair and assassinated the lot of them. Killed the killers, in a fit of lethal irony.

Something tells me it won’t be nearly so easy to get rid of “The Dork Brotherhood” in Elder Scrolls Online … but that’s okay, my daggers are sharp, and everybody needs a hobby. :-D

Game store currency, increased experience, increased reputation gain, increased tokens for gear, maybe exclusive mounts like you would see through recruit a friend, something cosmetic like an aura/cape/armor that’s only exclusive to subscribers; from what I keep hearing though these bags are a much needed utility that should be available to any one willing to spend money.

The people working on ESO are doing a great job, and I hope they keep it up.
There are just so many things for them to do still , but they have already done so much.
The game made  360 turn, and has in my opinion become a way better MMO. Elder scrolls online for me is at the moment the best mmo on the market and the content they are adding is amazing. While I would love to see a lotro 2 or a new star wars mmo, I think that it will be very difficult for a company to do what ESO has done and to take it away from them.
Personally I got sick and tired of buying expansions every year or less for some games and I am very happy with the way they do it in eso.
Subscribe and you have access, it also gives a purpose  and a motivation to keep your sub going. This is games like WoW have failed for me.
The Dark brotherhood is something that should have been in game at launch, but since we all know by now it wasn’t. I am very glad to see it coming and hope to see more things in the game soon.
Personally I am hoping to see 2 raids this year and maybe 2 more dungeons. But most of all the housing system and I cannot wait to see some teasers of it.

No game is perfect, but ESO for me has given a new home. I can finally log in daily and have fun again, do all the content and PvP on a larger more open scale. Instead of battlegrounds or being ganked every few :P

To the ESO devs, keep it up and give is housing teasers !

Well I didn’t mean to come off as me attacking you personally. I should have put “sound like” I don’t know you at all and I’m not interested in attacking anybody personally over a video game. Sorry for coming off that way. I do disagree with you tho ;)

Rozyn The reason might be that only true fans are remaining? Probably most people running for the new fix are in Black Desert or maybe a few in blade and soul now. Both have more obnoxious things in their cash shop (at least BDO) so people have more to write about those games.

Bannex19 I just realized that how much people are losing their shit over the crafting bags shows how little actual controversy this game has.

Bannex19 To sum up your lamenti:

1. fuck everyone with another opinion
2. convenience items are the fault of “lazy players” and not a product of bad design.
3. implying that you don’t get the full experience with a subscription.

With of these points do remotely invalid any of my points?

The more I read your comments the more I think the “I’m not white knighting anything. Just kind of pointing out that you’re the classic give me everything I want or I’ll throw a tantrum gamer” comment of yours was more of a projection than an actual attack on my person. My apologies.

“Communities in other games”
“Lazy cash grab”
“I’ll happily pay a sub just not for artifical barriers”
First f!ck the communities of other games, that argument should never stand up to anything.
Second, as far as lazy cash grabs go, a $100 hot tub is one of them. Selling you a mundane convenience that you can EASILY EASILY EASILY max out by playing the game semi regularly and participating in a trading guild is far from a lazy cash grab for anybody but the player buying the crowns for this.
Third, the crowns that come with the sub give you the flexibility to further customize your perks. Inventory space is easy for you to make a non issue with them.
If I were to complain about anything it’s the time gating on Mount training and how expensive the tomes are given the value of a fast sturdy mount in pvp.
