The Black Death’s latest patch is a biggun, complete with better guard AI, new NPCs and bosses, traveling merchants, new animals, player gold looting, purchasable homes, updated roads, and art passes for several towns.
But the best news for the medieval survival sandbox — depending on your view — is that voice-over-IP tools have been deployed. “[It’s] a brand-new feature, so we’re expecting some bugs,” cautions Green Man Loaded. “We’re looking forward to meeting you for a good old chat in the tavern!” Indeed, a tweet this morning suggests that the VOIP servers needed a tad more work; a hotfix was rolled out this afternoon.
