Path of Exile’s Prophecy expansions is live today

Path of Exile’s Prophecy expansion is officially live this afternoon. New Zealand dev Grinding Gear Games says OARPG players can expect a new challenge league, new items, expanded skills, tech tweaks, and some new endgame content in the form of the Labyrinth:

“The rumors are true – there is a fourth Labyrinth! High-level players must complete difficult map versions of the Trials of Ascendancy to gain access to the Endgame Labyrinth. Completing this version of the Labyrinth will grant players additional Ascendancy class points, allowing them access to more complex character builds.”

The studio has previously outlined the content coming in a bold manifesto; Massively OP’s MJ Guthrie previewed the update herself a few weeks ago. The trailer is below. Have fun!
