Above & Beyond Technologies patched Fragmented with its 16.7.2 build today with a focus on housing and player-constructed bases, complete with a new UI for placing items in buildings.

“This patch introduces even more housing improvements included snapping for bases and certain other objects (wood fences, walls, gates, force fields, and force gates),” says the studio. “This should provide more ease of use and more UI/UX changes were made to give finer control over the process.”

The Repopulation-based survival sandbox also tweaked vehicles, dropped bags, and trading. Of note, the game’s price has been dropped to $9.99 – permanently – “to make it easier to attract new players.” That price is already reflected on Steam.
