Someone must have had fun with this at some point, right?
This past weekend, the battle went down in League of Legends’ biggest tournament of the year. When the dust settled, Team SK Telecom T1 emerged victorious, winning a 3-2 series over Team Samsung Galaxy. Perhaps the latter was hampered by exploding phones?

SKT is a dominant force in the championships, having won three out of the four most recent series, including the 2015 cup. “Throughout the 2016 World Championship, SKT has demonstrated their ability to control the pace of the game — it is a slow, methodical roll that flattens any would-be challengers,” Riot Games said in its wrap-up article. “But this was their toughest year yet — both the ROX Tigers, in the Semifinals, and SSG, in the Finals, pushed them to match point. Both series went the distance.”

If you’re looking for a comprehensive game-by-game breakdown, check out Rock Paper Shotgun’s coverage of the series and SKT’s final victory over SSG. Alternatively, you could simply watch the last match after the break!
