Lord of the Rings Online enables premium housing upkeep

Yeah, but it's in such a good area.
If you’ve bought yourself a nice premium house in Lord of the Rings Online, you’d better be ready to keep the thing up. The latest patch for the game has enabled upkeep costs on premium housing for non-VIP owners and leaders, along with resolving a bug allowing upkeep to be paid on VIP premium housing. The last word on upkeep with regards to premium housing was community manager Cordovan stating eviction from premium housing as unlikely.

Players also have a slew of bug fixes and other improvements, including a correction of an issue that was causing Warden bleeds from multiple Wardens not to stack correctly. Item changes have also taken place, including Beorning gear available in Mirkwood and a variety of new cosmetic cloaks to be bought. It’s a little update, sure, but sometimes just fixing a few little issues can have a big overall impact.
