[AL:TERA]Is there anything better than waking up to the smell of a fresh producer’s letter in the morning, full of all sorts of good news about an MMO’s future? TERA fans are getting this treatment with this past weekend’s letter that managed to pack an awful lot into a few paragraphs.

One of the most interesting mentions in the letter was the formation of an experimental test server: “Coming in the very near future, we’re spinning up a temporary test server to try out new rulesets and events. We’re naming it Wonderholme. While you won’t be able to transfer characters to (or from) this server, and it will be subject to frequent wipes and resets, it’s a way for us to experiment with different server configurations and let you have some fun at the same time.”

The letter also mentioned the upcoming v53 update with Slayer changes and all sorts of special events planned for the game’s 5th anniversary in North America. Players will be able to reserve their names in March for the game’s next playable class, which will come in v54.
