Blade and Soul’s next update includes a training room and skill revamp

All of the ladies in this game seem to have an actual class of Clothing Avoider.

Blade and Soul’s next update may be a literal game-changer, as the team is overhauling the skill system to make it more accessible and less confusing. The team admits that the previous system was “overly complex” and hopes that this will help all players get into the fun of the game quicker than before.

“Skill trees are no more, and you no longer have skill points (Hongmoon Skills do still need to be unlocked),” the team wrote. Instead, skills are unlocked at specific levels, and you choose between different Moves for each skill to specialize them. Skills are further specialized per class by the class’ Elements.”

The update will also raise the Hongmoon level cap to 20 and introduce a new training room. This isn’t your grandpappy’s training room, either; players can instantly warp to this area to be taught combos for their class and take on any dungeon or raid boss in order to hone their skills.
