Existing skill injectors will be marked as large injectors, while the new smaller skill injectors will hold a maximum of 100,000 points and offer smaller and smaller rewards to players with more skill points. The hope is that newer players can buy the bite-sized injector and start to catch up before moving on to larger purchases, thus ensuring that everyone can more quickly take part in the sprawling wars of backstabbing that make the game tick along.

I guess revenue wasn’t great from skill injectors.
But did they make the F2P option any less of a trial or did they make other ways of playing the game viable yet?
Yeap. I’d only go back at this stage if I could arrange some sort of B2P option where I could pay one time fee to unlock sets of skills such as industrial based ships (IE: mining barges/exhumers, ttransports/freighters, etc).
Doesn’t free play in EVE mean you can go wherever you want, and do whatever you want? Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
Yeah this is what i did too. The f2p is useless if you have older characters.
Yep! Logged in after the F2P and saw that all my good ships were unusable. I didn’t miss the game enough to resub.
Aren’t new f2p players limited in skill points?
